Camp AVDB: An Unforgettable Night with Our Amazing Clients!
What a night! On August 29, 2024, we hosted the CAMP AVDB Client Party at FortWhyte Alive, and it was truly an evening filled with laughter, fun, and outdoor experiences. From s’mores by the campfire to scenic bike rides, water adventures, and an exciting scavenger hunt, the event was everything we had hoped for and more!
I want to give a massive shoutout to all of our incredible clients who joined us for the fun. This event wasn’t just a party; it was a celebration of our shared journey and the adventures that lie ahead. Whether you were making memories on the water or getting competitive with the scavenger hunt, I loved seeing everyone come together and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
Welcome to CAMP AVDB! We were ready to make this night one for the books!
The Activities
The evening was packed with so many fun activities! We had paddle sports on the sparkling lakes, from kayaking and canoeing to stand-up paddleboarding for those feeling a little adventurous. If you wanted to take it easy, pedal boats were there to cruise the waters at your own pace.
For those who preferred to stay on land, the scenic bike rides through the beautiful trails were a huge hit. We also had a little friendly competition with some epic hatchet throwing, which brought out the competitive spirit in everyone. And, of course, no camp experience would be complete without gathering around the campfire for s’mores, connecting and laughing under the stars.
Hatchet throwing was just one of the highlights of the night!
A Night to Remember
This night wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible staff at FortWhyte Alive, Kendricks Outdoor Adventures, and Big Games WPG, who made sure everything ran smoothly—from setting up the paddle sports and bike rides to organizing the scavenger hunt and big games. They were absolutely amazing, and their hard work and energy made the evening truly unforgettable!
And, of course, to our clients, thank you for being the heart and soul of this event. Your laughter, smiles, and enthusiasm are what made this night so special. Whether you were roasting marshmallows by the fire or testing your balance on a stand-up paddleboard, it was so wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves.
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful sunset to close out the evening.
Looking Ahead
As we reflect on this magical evening, I’m reminded of how grateful I am to be part of this incredible community. The CAMP AVDB event was a chance to connect, have fun, and create lasting memories together, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure we’ll share.
