Highly recommended by a friend, we knew right from our initial meeting that Amber was the realtor we wanted to work with. Her team have been by our sides for over a year and a half with welcomed support, guidance and advice along the entire journey. We initially looked at many homes and ultimately decided on building new (which Amber can also assist with!). When it came time to selling our current home, Amber was a wealth of knowledge and came equipped with a market evaluation and clear cut plan how we were going to prep and market our home. After lots of showings and positive feedback from viewings, we ended up selling on offer night with 8 offers total, well over our asking price.
