Our Specialties
With 15 years of experience in the Winnipeg real estate market and over 1,100 homes sold, our team brings specialized knowledge across many neighborhoods, including Wolseley, Crescentwood, West End, River Heights, Riverview, Norwood Flats, St. Boniface, St. Vital, and beyond. We've been almost everywhere, and we know the unique character of each community.
We work with a variety of clients, from first-time home buyers to families looking to upsize, as well as those navigating bank foreclosures and military reassignments. Within our team, Kristy brings her certified staging expertise to help sellers present their homes in the best possible light, while Erika specializes in guiding first-time buyers with confidence and clarity. Amber, as team lead, offers expertise across all areas, ensuring our team—and every client we serve—feels empowered and well-supported.
