I’m Erika Fish  –  I am a friendly and knowledgeable guide to Manitoba’s real estate market. 

I began as an assistant on the Amber Van Den Broek team in 2018, while studying as a psychology student at the University of Manitoba. I was inspired to pursue real estate by Amber’s leadership in the field and entrepreneurial success. 

After learning the real-estate ropes under Amber’s guidance, I became a licensed REALTOR® and began working with my own clients. My approachability, attention to detail, diligence and familiarity with the industry has allowed me a very successful and fulfilling start to my real estate career. 

As a member of the Amber Van Den Broek & associates, we earned a Gold Medallion in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 making our team one of the top 1% teams in Manitoba and I look forward to being part of future successes.

I’m Kristy Fillion - a REALTOR® who loves helping clients achieve their real estate goals with a friendly, dedicated approach. With a background as a Certified Staging Design Professional, I bring a unique perspective to every property, offering expert staging advice, tailored design ideas, and suggestions to help clients see a home's full potential.

What excites me most about my work is making the home-buying and selling journey both enjoyable and rewarding. I love connecting with my clients, listening to their needs, and helping them find a home that reflects their lifestyle. I believe that your living space is a reflection of yourself, and I combine my expertise with my love for design to help you find a place that truly feels like home.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m diving into my own design projects at home. My husband and I are renovating our character home in Elm Park to create a cozy, welcoming space for our family - including our two daughters, two cats, and dog! I also love searching for treasures, reviving vintage art and furniture, and finding those perfect pieces to help stage homes to help them shine above the competition! 

I’m dedicated to making the process seamless and enjoyable, offering support and guidance to help my clients feel confident and excited about their decisions every step of the way!

JENNA CARDAMONE

I’m Jenna Cardamone  –  the Client Care and Admin Support here at AVDB and Associates, where I handle the behind-the-scenes work in marketing and administration to help our team make your home-buying or selling experience as seamless as possible.

I bring a blend of organization, creativity, and attention to detail to everything I do. From crafting marketing strategies that help showcase properties, to keeping administrative processes on track, my goal is to ensure that each part of the process is well-coordinated and efficient. I earned my Business Administration diploma from Red River College, majoring in Marketing, and I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s with a major in Project Management to deepen my expertise and continue growing professionally.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and lead a book club, where I get to dive into great stories and share insights with friends. I also love photography and spending time outdoors, especially on nature walks that offer a little escape from the day-to-day. These hobbies keep me inspired and bring balance to my work life, so I’m always refreshed and ready to tackle new challenges.
